The comedian made a joke with regard to the genre of classical music. He stated that he was bored watching the piano solo performance. It was quite ironic for the comedian to give away the awards related to the genre of classical music, owing to the fact that he found it uninteresting.
He gave away the awards related to the best classical; vocal album, choral performance, compendium, and a few more. Bill Blur also presented the awards in the regional Mexican music category, the category of Latin rock and tropic Latin album.
Bill Blurr then went on to make a few jokes with regard to the subject of feminism, Latin, and a Mexican name of a winner of one of the categories. Following all of this, people took to the social media platform, Twitter, to make their claims against the American comedian. He was criticized for carrying out his responsibilities very lightly. They also called out on him for his offensive jokes.
There was a surge of tweets that followed in order to criticize the comedian. One user wrote that the comedian was absolute “garbage” for all these years. It was added that the user was not able to believe the fact that he was provided with the responsibility of presenting the awards.
