Stimulus Check are one of the most discussed topics in America at the moment. The first round of stimulus checks went out in May, but there’s still more to come. And we know a lot about what kind of money you’ll be getting and how you can use it. In this article, we’ll provide an update on the latest stimulus news and let you know whether there are other ways you could get a monthly cash injection from Uncle Sam. The federal government has announced that you’ll receive a second stimulus check if you haven’t already.

This will be sent to all American citizens who filed taxes in 2009 and 2010, with the exception of those who filed as married filing separately or lived abroad during those years. Your first check was sent out in May; if you received it then, apply for additional funds by calling 1-866-862-1470 or visiting www.irs.gov/individuals and clicking on “Where’s My Recovery Rebate?”

If you’re a married taxpayer with children, the IRS estimates that your tax refund will be $1,200. If you don’t have any kids and are single, then you’ll get a refund of $600. If you file jointly with one dependent child, then your tax refund will be $1,400; if two or more dependent children are involved, then this could translate into an extra $1,800 per family member.

For those who have three or more kids in their household and file jointly as a family unit (or separately but still all on the same return), they could get up to $2,000 back from Uncle Sam! That’s not too shabby at all if I do say so myself! The stimulus payments are still being deposited.

If you have not received your Stimulus Check, it may be that the check has been sent to an old address or forwarded to another person. If you believe this may be the case, please contact us.

Stimulus Check Money Incoming

The U.S Treasury Department recently announced that they would send out notices by email and regular mail to anyone who could receive a Stimulus Payment check but had not yet done so (and should therefore receive one). If you see one of these emails in your inbox, follow the instructions provided therein—you might just get some extra cash in your account!

If you have income and live in a state that has its own individual tax system, your state government might send out its own version of the stimulus check. The amount will vary by state and will likely be less than what is being distributed by the IRS.

In addition to having no income, other requirements for receiving a Social Security payment include having filed at least 1040 Schedule SE with their employer last year (1040S if self-employed) and having paid federal self-employment taxes. For those who aren’t sure whether they qualify for this benefit, call 800-772-1213 to find out more information or visit the IRS website.
