Stimulus Checks have been tried to be issued by the government of America. The efforts made for the last round of payment were almost in vain. Recently, a few American States have started to take a step forward. The states are providing relief directly to the residents.
States including New York, New Jersey, Colorado, Florida, Indiana, Idaho, Maine, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Delaware are issuing Stimulus Checks for their citizens. These states have started sending rebates and relief.
On the other hand states including Hawaii, Virginia and California have also stepped forward in issuing payments for their citizens.
Stimulus Checks Have Been Provided To The Citizens By Different States In America
California has taken a step to make an automated payment for the residents who are supposed to get their checks issued from October 2022 to January 2023.
Pairs with an income of upto $150,000 will be receiving an amount of $1050. Couples with a gross income between $150,001 to $250,000 will be receiving $750 and $600 has been issued for couples with an income between $250,001 to $500,000.
Citizens who have filed for their single payments are eligible to get checks issued up to $700 depending on their levels of income.
Hawaii has taken steps to provide one time refunds for the citizens who are qualified taxpayers. Single filers earning upto will be receiving a sum of $300 and single filers earning more than $100,000 are eligible to get $100. Couples with a gross income of $200,000 are eligible to receive an amount of $300
Virginia issued tax refunds for single filers upto $250 and $300 for couples. The payments have already been processed for the citizens of Virginia having a liability for tax for the last year.
