Alexa Nikolas who was the former star of “Zoey 101” stated that Dan Schneider wanted to be present in the fitting room every time she changed her costumes.
Nikolas said that she was only 12 years old when this started. She stated that Dan used to wait for her in the same room on the flip side of the curtains. He used to wait for her to come out sitting there.
Nikolas stressed the fact that Schneider literally waited for her sitting on a chair in the fitting room on another side of the curtain. Nikolas considered herself lucky and thanked God that there was a curtain in the room as Dan always used to be present there whenever she went for a wardrobe fitting.
Alexa Nikolas Talked About The Kinds Of Outfits And Their Lengths
Nikolas also talked about the types of attires and fittings that she wore for her character. She revealed that she was mostly given outfits that were short in length. She used to wear skirts of very short lengths.
Alexa Nikolas also stated that after she changed her outfit and stepped outside she had to take a little spin in front of Schneider where he used to be seated in a chair.
Schneider also asked for the polaroids of the pictures clicked of Nikolas in her character outfits.
Media has not yet received any reaction from Dan Schneider on the same. The Nickelodeon Content and Production Head, Russell Hicks stated that Dan played the role of the guardian of the kids for the show. He also said that Dan was their “shoulder to cry on” as he understood them and their situations. He also stated that Dan cared about the kids even at times when their “own parents” did not.
