Hailey Bieber has opened up completely about how her physical and mental health had been routinely affected after she suffered a mini-stroke the previous year. On a podcast called “Run Through With Vogue”, the model went on to reveal that she had dealt with a lot of anxiety after that event.

She also had to deal with the PTSD of the event happening again. She mentioned that this was a feeling that she never wanted to experience ever again. The sensations were so terrifying, discombobulating, and jarring that they belied words. The 26-year-old founder of Rhode Beauty also added that the mini-stroke was definitely the scariest moment of her life.

Hailey Bieber Opens Up About Life After Mini-Stroke

Hailey Bieber recalled that she had been in Palm Springs when the medical emergency took place the previous March, and even returning to that area had been quite triggering for her. She went on to explain that the first few times going there since the incident had been quite strange and triggered for her because she could remember exactly how things had transpired in March. She also clarified that something positive came out of it- she was able to get an accurate prognosis. And as it stands, the prognosis was helping her live her life again without thinking about what could have happened that day.

Hailey Bieber mentioned that she would often look back to the incident and realize that things could have been far worse. A month after the model was hospitalized, she also revealed that she had to undergo major surgery to repair a hole in her heart. In a video uploaded on YouTube titled ‘Telling My Story’, the former host of Drop the Mic also stated that doctors had discovered she had a blood clot that had traveled to her brain and led to a transient ischemic attack.
