The famous ‘Disco Donna’ shares in her upcoming interview with Zoe Ball’s Breakfast Show this Monday that it was in fact BAFTA who reached out to her instead of the other way around as fans speculated. Ariana DeBose shares that her assignment for the event was to go up on stage and “Celebrate Women” as she did and the actress confronted to have had an absolute blast while doing so.
DeBose added that her night was so eventful that she got to experience ‘rug cutting’ at once with stars like actress Emma Thompson. The 32-year-old Academy Award winner told how great of a night it was as everything went fabulously.
Last Sunday, the UK award show encountered Ariana DeBose’s performance on covers of both Sister Sledge and Eurythmics hits “We Are Family” followed by “Sisters Are Doin’ It For Themselves”. The whole debacle turned into a ‘cringe’ act of performance which didn’t take too long to turn into hilarious memes as she turned to become the butt of every joke online.
The actress has reportedly denied the invitation to perform at King Charles III’s coronation with upcoming trolls. Ariana De Bose was referred to by a Twitter post calling out ‘Viola Davis might be my women King’ as a joke to her recent viral rap.
