One of the major successes on Apple TV+ is back for its second season today: the science fiction series Silo, adapted from the novels by Hugh Howey.
Rebecca Ferguson takes the lead role as Juliette, an engineer determined to escape the underground silo where society is confined. Following the dramatic conclusion of the first season, the new episodes will delve into an expanded world as Juliette ventures beyond the silo.
The original cast returns for season two, with Ferguson and new faces, including Steve Zahn. As Juliette uncovers new territory, tensions rise within the silo as residents question her fate.
When it debuted last year, Silo quickly became Appleās top streamed drama series and garnered critical acclaim, with Rotten Tomatoes scores firmly in the nineties. Although not yet officially confirmed, it appears that Silo has been renewed for a third season, with filming already in progress. Ferguson has hinted that the story is intended to unfold over four seasons.
