Top Beats Products and Deals for Your Holiday Shopping

If you’re still wrapping up your holiday gift shopping, the current discounts on Beats products are hard to ignore. From the newly launched Beats Pill to the budget-friendly Beats Solo Buds, this year’s Beats collection is more impressive than ever.

I’ve had the opportunity to review all the new Beats items released over the last few years, and I’m excited to share my top picks. Better yet, these products are still available for timely delivery before Christmas.

Beats Studio Pro

The Beats Studio Pro launched last September as the premium choice in the Beats lineup. They come equipped with features like active noise cancellation, Transparency mode, lossless audio streaming via USB-C, and much more.

In my review, I noted that these headphones “make AirPods Max hardly a recommendation” for the majority of customers. This viewpoint still holds, especially considering AirPods Max had only one unimpressive update in 2025.

From my review:

When comparing the features of the Beats Studio Pro against those of the AirPods Max, it becomes evident – at least to me – which is the superior choice. I would gladly forgo automatic device switching for a USB-C port and a $200 price cut. In fact, I disable automatic device switching everywhere because I find that feature more troublesome than useful.

That said, opting for Beats Studio Pro means some compromises. For instance, the build quality isn’t as premium, and features like automatic device switching or automatic play/pause are absent. Nonetheless, Beats Studio Pro brings significant advantages over AirPods Max, addressing many of the common complaints associated with the latter.

Moreover, the ongoing sale on Beats Studio Pro makes them even more appealing. They are available for delivery before Christmas in select colors:

Beats Solo 4

If you’re in the market for a more portable and budget-friendly headphone option, the Beats Solo 4 are a fantastic choice. Their design features an on-ear fit, unlike the over-ear style of the Beats Studio Pro. They provide lossless audio via USB-C, an impressive 50 hours of battery life, Find My integration, spatial audio, and more.

From my review in April:

Are Beats Solo 4 a groundbreaking addition to the headphone industry? Not at all. Will they continue to be bestsellers? Definitely.

The aim with Beats Solo 4 is to modernize a beloved product without straying far from the original. Beats could have retired Beats Solo 3 and pushed customers towards the pricier Beats Studio Pro. Alternatively, it could have released the Beats Solo 4 at a higher price.

Ultimately, it did neither. Beats Solo 4 retains the same $199 price tag as its predecessors. It’s refreshing when a product evolves without escalating in price, especially after an eight-year hiatus since the last update. After all, so much has changed in the world and economy since 2016.

Beats Solo 4 are currently on discount and are expected to arrive just in time for Christmas:

Beats Studio Buds+

Beats Studio Buds Plus3

The Beats Studio Buds+ were launched last year and come with features such as active noise cancellation, Transparency mode, and deep compatibility with both iPhone and Android devices.

From my review of Beats Studio Buds+:

The most noticeable enhancements in Beats Studio Buds+ are the upgraded Active Noise Cancellation and Transparency mode. Beats claims that the new buds offer up to 1.6 times stronger ANC and up to double the Transparency compared to their first-generation counterparts.

While I’m not an audiophile, I quickly noticed the notable enhancements in Active Noise Cancellation and Transparency mode on the Beats Studio Buds+. While the second-generation AirPods Pro do provide noticeably superior ANC, they are also almost $100 pricier.

My favorite aspect is that Beats continues to offer options that Apple often overlooks: various form factor selections, vibrant colors, and exceptional compatibility with Android devices. For instance, Apple does not provide AirPods without a stem design. If that’s essential for you, Beats Studio Buds+ are an excellent alternative.

What’s more, the transparent color option for Beats Studio Buds+ is truly eye-catching. If you’re seeking a gift with a unique flair for the holiday season, these transparent Beats Studio Buds+ are a fantastic choice.

Additionally, they’re currently available for purchase on Amazon and should reach you before Christmas:

Beats Fit Pro

As Apple has discontinued the beloved Powerbeats Pro (with a major redesign set for 2025), the Beats Fit Pro remain an exceptional choice for those seeking earbuds tailored for workouts. They feature a secure wingtip design along with active noise cancellation, six hours of battery life, Transparency mode, and more.

From my Beats Fit Pro review:

During my experience with the Beats Fit Pro, I discovered the fit and design to be reassuringly snug and quite comfortable. The wingtip design might take a little getting used to, especially when you need to find the right in-ear fit. However, once you find that perfect fit, the combined wing tip and in-ear design makes the Beats Fit Pro the most secure true wireless earbuds I’ve tried. You won’t need to worry about these falling out, even during vigorous workouts.

Ultimately, Beats Fit Pro presents an incredibly attractive option, with exceptional sound quality, versatile compatibility with both Apple and Android devices, all within a sub-$200 price range.

As expected, the Beats Fit Pro are currently on sale through Amazon and should arrive in time for Christmas:

Beats Solo Buds

The Beats Solo Buds may represent the best value in the entire earbuds category. They provide an impressive 18 hours of battery life in a remarkably compact design. While they lack the advanced features of other Beats offerings, the value for money is still outstanding.

From my evaluation of Beats Solo Buds:

Beats claims that the Solo Buds deliver up to 18 hours of battery life. Initially, I was skeptical about this claim and sought further confirmation from Beats, which they gladly provided.

To clarify: that’s 18 hours of battery life directly from the Beats Solo Buds themselves. There are no gimmicks involved. The case that comes with Beats Solo Buds lacks a built-in battery. So, to charge Solo Buds, you simply place them in the case and connect the case to a USB-C cable. Beats indicates that a 5-minute charge will provide an hour of playback.

In my testing, Beats Solo Buds came very close to achieving that 18-hour mark. While listening to a mixture of Taylor Swift, Chappell Roan, and Billie Eilish, I consistently clocked between 16 and 17 hours of usage.

That’s an incredibly remarkable number, regardless of how you look at it. You can leave home in the morning without worrying about charging the Beats Solo Buds.

The Beats Solo Buds are currently discounted and will be delivered in time for Christmas:

Beats Pill

To complete this roundup, we have the recently launched Beats Pill. I was ecstatic to hear that the Beats Pill was returning, and it has exceeded all my expectations. I find myself using it every day, and I’ve been consistently impressed with its sound quality, battery life, iPhone connectivity, and more.

From my review of the Beats Pill:

I have always been fond of the Beats Pill’s design, so I was disappointed to see Apple discontinue the Beats Pill+ without presenting a replacement. After spending about a week with the new model, I’m confident in asserting that the Beats Pill is back and better than ever.

The Beats Pill succeeds on almost every front as a revival of a beloved, previously discarded product. It maintains its iconic character while incorporating numerous enhancements, including superior sound quality, longer battery life, better connectivity, and USB-C.

What makes these upgrades even more noteworthy is the pricing. The Beats Pill is available for $149.99, which is $80 less than the original launch cost of the Beats Pill+ in 2015. That’s a significant price reduction, particularly for a product with such a long history.

The Beats Pill is currently available on Amazon and will be delivered in time for Christmas:
