As the new year unfolds, Apple Arcade brings ten exciting new games to its library, with seven titles launching today. The remaining three, which feature PGA TOUR Pro Golf, will be released on February 6.
Apple has unveiled seven new games that are available for immediate play.
Today, we introduce seven new titles, all completely free of ads and in-app purchases. Among them are Skate City: New York, the definitive skateboarding game showcasing famous real-world skate spots; Gears & Go, compatible with Apple Vision Pro, merging tower defense mechanics with base-building gameplay and the interactive features of spatial computing; and Three Kingdoms HEROES, the newest addition to Koei Tecmo’s popular Romance of the Three Kingdoms franchise.
Additionally, today sees the arrival of award-winning titles from the App Store, including FINAL FANTASY+, a remastered 2D version of the original iconic game; Trials of Mana+, the mobile adaptation of SQUARE ENIX’s celebrated action RPG; the Wild West adventure Rodeo Stampede+; and the tranquil zen experience It’s Literally Just Mowing+.
You’ll need to wait until February 6 for the other three games.
Joining the lineup is Apple Arcade’s first officially licensed PGA TOUR game, PGA TOUR Pro Golf. This title enhances the platform’s collection of engaging sports games that players can enjoy with friends and family. Other titles include NFL Retro Bowl ’25, NBA 2K25 Arcade Edition, Football Manager 2024 Touch, Ballistic Baseball, CHARRUA SOCCER, and more.
On February 6, players can also look forward to the platforming adventure Doodle Jump 2+ and the adorable farming simulator My Dear Farm+.
The company claims this game provides realistic courses for players across various devices.
PGA TOUR Pro Golf delivers an engaging golfing experience tailored for enthusiasts of the sport. It features renowned PGA TOUR locations like Pebble Beach Golf Links and Harbour Town Golf Links, allowing players to engage in competitive matches or thrilling tournaments, as well as refine their skills through practice sessions. The game replicates true-to-life courses inspired by those used by professional golfers, bringing the excitement of golf to iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, and Apple Vision Pro.
Several other games are also receiving significant updates.
- Hello Kitty Island Adventure by Sunblink and Sanrio: Celebrating the Lunar New Year, the Luck & Lanterns event runs from January 19 to February 24, featuring festive decorations and new lucky outfits for the Year of the Snake.
- Game Room by Resolution Games: A new hidden word game, Word Wright, will be added to Game Room’s collection of beloved classics on January 16 — all playable on Apple Vision Pro, iPhone, and iPad.
- WHAT THE CAR? by Triband: Today, WHAT THE CAR? reflects on 2024, showcasing the top 25 community levels from the past year.
Apple Arcade is available for $6.99 monthly, with a three-month free trial accessible upon the purchase of a new iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple TV. Families of up to six can enjoy unlimited access to over 200 titles.
