There are numerous third-party MagSafe wallets available, many of which come with features that surpass those of Apple’s official wallet. Priced at $49, Apple’s MagSafe wallet is made from the less-than-ideal FineWoven material.
In contrast, MOFT’s Magnetic Wallet Stand is priced at just $25.49, crafted from vegan leather, and includes an array of unique features.

Hands-on with MOFT’s Magnetic Wallet Stand
To start, this wallet includes a stand that many other options lack. This feature allows you to easily prop up your iPhone for watching videos or place it upright on a table beside you. It is quite convenient. Behind the kickstand, there is a clever slot that can accommodate up to three cards, at least in my experience. Although MOFT officially indicates that it fits only 1-2 cards, I’ve managed to fit two credit cards and my driver’s license without issue. However, fitting three cards can be a bit snug.
MOFT provides the wallet in up to 24 color options, giving you a wealth of choices. At the time of writing, it’s available on Amazon for $25.49 in all colors.
Spec rundown:
- Wallet, stand, and grip combined
- Three stand configurations: landscape mode, portrait mode, floating mode (see image below)
- Only 0.2 inches thick
- Weighs 60 grams
- Industry-leading vegan leather from MOVAS
- Strong magnets, providing up to 3.4 pounds of strength
9to5Toys’ Take
Among all the third-party iPhone MagSafe wallets I’ve tried over the years, this one stands out as a favorite. The integrated stand adds versatility while maintaining a sleek design. Additionally, it’s great that it fits the three cards I generally need to carry comfortably.
Having used it for approximately a month, the only downside I’ve noticed is a bit of creasing where the wallet folds to create the stand. While not entirely surprising, it’s worth mentioning. Otherwise, the wallet has performed exceptionally well, especially compared to Apple’s FineWoven wallet after the same amount of use.
I would highly recommend this wallet to anyone considering a MagSafe wallet. Of course, you will be limited in how many cards you can store on your iPhone without adding bulk, which may deter some potential buyers. However, if this isn’t an issue for you, it’s a splendid choice. Its versatility is a definite plus.
I’ve found it particularly useful as a stand for various activities, whether watching YouTube videos in the kitchen using floating mode or keeping my phone upright on my desk in portrait mode. I believe you’ll appreciate it too.
