As we continue to highlight significant $100 discounts on the iPad mini 7 and the newly released M4 MacBook Air, our focus today shifts back to AirPods. Amazon has reintroduced its best price of the year on the latest AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation, now available for $149 shipped. This offer coincides with a noteworthy $250 reduction on Apple’s 1TB 13-inch M4 iPad Pro. Additionally, there’s a 20% clearance price drop on the official blue Apple Ocean Band, along with an unbeatable deal on Belkin’s 15W MagSafe Wireless Car Charger mount, a 25% discount on Eve’s latest Energy (Matter) smart plug, Bose earbuds, and a 140W USB-C to MagSafe 3 nylon braided cable priced at only $20. Explore these offers and more in today’s 9to5Toys Lunch Break.
Apple’s latest AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation back at Amazon’s 2025 low of $149
Update: After temporarily returning to full price, the deal we spotted during the Big Spring Sale has made a comeback this morning.
Amazon has reinstated the deal on the upgraded AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation to the same price we featured last month. Regularly $179, they’re now available for $148.99 shipped, matching our previous mention and representing the lowest price tracked this year.
While we noticed a brief offer for the ANC AirPods 4 ahead of Christmas last year at the all-time low of $139 from Amazon, today’s deal is still among the best we’ve seen. There have been sporadic, almost spammy offers from low-quality online retailers for cheaper prices, but they were hardly accessible and likely not worth pursuing.
Apple’s AirPods Pro 2 continue to be regarded as the gold standard for Apple in-ear audio experiences, as echoed by many users and 9to5Toys readers last year, despite the newer AirPods 4 launching. They were even highlighted in our 9to5Toys’ Favorite Things of 2024.
That said, the AirPods 4 present a more economical option that we found quite impressive during our hands-on review last year – Hands-on with AirPods 4: better in every way.
Featuring Active Noise Cancellation, hands-free Siri interaction, Voice Isolation, and Personalized Spatial Audio technology, they come in a recently redesigned earbud form-factor with a “refined contour, shorter stem, and quick-press controls for music or calls,” paired with a case that’s “the smallest in the industry with wireless charging capabilities.”

Save up to $312 on Apple’s 1TB 13-inch M4 iPad Pro today, plus up to $200 off on more budget-friendly models
Though prices on the more accessible options have recently soared, we are observing another opportunity to acquire the 1TB 13-inch M4 iPad Pro for $1,649 shipped, marking a $250 discount and aligning with our recent mention. Details follow, including a chance to save even more on an open-box unit that comes with a full Apple warranty.
This configuration had been offered at $1,699 during Presidents’ Day earlier this year, but Amazon now presents another chance to procure it for $50 less, mirroring the best price seen this year, which reflects a $250 reduction from the full price at Best Buy.
You might also consider an “excellent condition” open-box model available at Best Buy, currently priced at $1,586.99 shipped. This represents a $312 discount against Apple’s list price and is the most competitive price for a similar open-box unit from a reliable dealer.
The 13-inch 1TB version isn’t the most universally appealing option, priced higher in the tablet category. However, if your aim is to acquire a robust tablet that can function as a comprehensive workstation, the savings we are tracking today—up to $312—should catch your attention.
If you’re interested in alternative configurations, check out the list of discounted prices below, noting that the most budget-friendly 11-inch models have generally retailed for $150 more since their release:

Official blue Apple Ocean Band available today for clearance pricing at 20% off
While many of the official Apple Watch band deals we highlighted last month at Amazon have returned to full price, Best Buy is extending a clearance deal on the official Blue Apple Ocean Band for Apple Watch Ultra 1/2, priced at $79.99 shipped. Originally, this band was $99 and has now dropped by a solid 20%, yielding the lowest price we’ve found from a reputable dealer. While there are many imitation Apple bands available, this is a genuine product.
We have seen numerous deals on the Trail and Alpine Loops this year, but full 20% discounts on Ocean Bands are rare. Although the shade of blue on offer today comes from previous collections, it remains unchanged from the latest models.
This clearance pricing pertains to a brand new unit in Apple’s official packaging, complete with standard warranty.
The Ocean Band is crafted from a “high-performance elastomer” featuring what Apple refers to as tubular geometry “allowing it to stretch for a perfect fit, even over a wetsuit.” The model on sale today showcases a Natural Titanium buckle and the customary adjustable loop for a snug and secure fit, accommodating most wrist sizes.
If you prefer leather, consider Burton Goods’ Pilot strap for Apple Watch, now nearly 50% off, and take a look at the ongoing Nomad sitewide sale for deals on quality straps before you consult our hands-on review of Spigen’s new $20 Trail Loop-style Apple Watch band.

Apple’s upgraded mid-range 256GB iPad mini 7 now at $499 ($100 off), and more options starting at $399
While you can still snag the entry-level 128GB iPad mini 7 for $399 via Amazon, the mid-range 256GB models peaked in price during last week’s Amazon Big Spring Sale. Thankfully, the deals have returned across all four colors at $499 shipped, down from the standard price of $599. Further details are included below.
I wouldn’t fault anyone for opting for the now $399 base model; I’ve often discussed the importance of saving as much as possible with Apple’s storage upgrades. However, it’s worth noting that the mini 7’s entry point is at 128GB, unlike the 256GB baseline seen on the M4 iPad Pro. This configuration is beginning to feel outdated.
It’s a shame how even some higher-end iPads default to 64GB. While the 128GB model may suffice for many users, I find it increasingly limiting, especially on a more affordable tablet, making this an excellent opportunity to secure a solid mid-range compromise on one of the current-generation iPads.
If you’re on the lookout for a case or sleeve to protect your new mini, here are our top recommendations starting from $8.50.
