Alec Baldwin came forward pleading not guilty over the tragic case of shooting in 2021 at sets of ‘Rust’ movie which led to the death of Halyna Hutchins. The ‘It’s Complicated’ star reportedly submitted his appeal this Thursday.

In addition to that actor Baldwin refrained from allowance to consume alcohol, own any sort of firearms, or stay in contact with any potential witnesses apart from his discussion on the continuation of the shoot to ‘Rust.’
Comedian and producer Alec Baldwin who was previously expected to get arranged to the court on February 25 declared that his presence at the court will be no longer in need on Friday. Baldwin’s personal lawyer could not be reached regarding the case as well.
The 64-year-old actor was charged against the account of involuntary manslaughter back in January. New Mexico’s Foremost Judiciary District Attorney Mary Carmack-Altwies was the one to file charges against Alec Baldwin, and on the armorer of the film, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed was in charge of overwatching the weapons present on set.
The 42-year-old aspiring cinematographer Hutchins was shot live on the sets of ‘Rust’ in October 2021 as Alec Baldwin went up to shoot a scene with what he thought was a prop gun that discharged a live round taking the life of the young actress as she received a fatal hit directly to her chest.
In the course of the events Wester Film Director, Joel Souza was also reported to have sustained injuries from the incident but as stated by the DA there would be no charges filed in correlation to the wounds. Baldwin has since denied any accusations to have ever set off the trigger to the prop gun, whereas prosecutors have documented proof in defense that showcases the actor caught live in the act of doing it.
