Joe Gorga and Jennifer Aydin were in the middle of their sitdown with Andy Cohen when Joe Giudice and Teresa Giudice started to get into it. The fight was on stage, behind Joe Gorga and Jennifer Aydin.
When asked if he would like to take the stage and speak, Teresa said no—and then Joe got up and elbowed his wife in the face, knocking her over before walking offstage as she cried out for help.
Gorga was the first to take his seat, followed by brother-in-law Joe Giudice, who was recently released from ICE custody and deported back to Italy.
As they settled in, looking ahead at Cohen and Aydin as they addressed their feud, things got tense when a camera cut to Gorga’s wife Teresa. She leaned over her husband’s shoulder and whispered something in his ear that made him visibly uncomfortable. He shook his head no and motioned for her not to say anything else before turning around again towards the front of the stage.
It looked like everyone was getting along fine until a camera cut back over towards Aydin and Gorga noticed something going on behind him—their wives were brawling!
Andy Cohen, who’s a co-executive producer and host of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, said on the show that he knows how much his viewers love to see the reality stars fighting.

But there are also some real stakes involved in these altercations. In 2011, Teresa Giudice was sentenced to 15 months in prison for fraud — while she was behind bars, Joe Giudice served a 41-month sentence at FCI Allenwood; both were released in December 2015. During their time apart, Joe Giudice got into a brawl with Jacqueline Laurita’s husband Chris over Instagram comments about his wife’s behavior on RHONJ. And then there was the big fight between Teresa and Danielle Staub (which resulted in an offscreen arrest warrant for Staub) before this season began filming.
“The one thing that I know is when I look at you guys,” Cohen told viewers during last night’s episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, “you know how much I love you.” He added: “And as much as we fight — which is a lot — I know how much everybody loves each other here.”
The men spent most of their time feuding, and they weren’t on speaking terms. They also spent time apart.
The drama goes back years: When the original “RHONJ” cast returned for Season 9, the men spent most of their time feuding. And while they were still a part of the show, they barely spoke to each other off camera and didn’t attend family functions or gatherings together.
Now that Gorga and Aydin are no longer on “RHONJ,” Cohen asked them if they’ve patched things up since then. Aydin said no: “There’s no peace between me and Joe Gorga.”
