The 43-year-old celebrity shared a picture of the BBQ Night on Wednesday via Instagram story. The picture contains him holding and smiling looking at Hudson while him looking right into the camera and laughing.

Although Hudson’s photos are occasionally shared by his father Ant Anstead, in September an announcement came from Hall that she no longer would share the youngest boy’s pictures after a legal disagreement between the ex-couple.
This topic was addressed again when Hall claims to talk about the topic for the final time and hoped that all confusion and negative information about Hudson’s pictures should be cleared. The documents of court orders received by PEOPLE state that the Superior Court of California Judge Lee Gabriel has had final words passing the order on 18th November wherein the ex-couple is supposed to move forward with a joint legal and physical custody of the child which was already present in their divorce agreement of June 2021. Since the parents have agreed on scheduling holidays with some exceptions, which was a proposal of June 2021, the March 2023 trial dates have been declined.
The couple had first come up with their separation announcement in 2020. In a statement by Hall in September, she shares how difficult the separation decision is for the couple. They would always keep their children as their priority. However, the couple would appreciate some privacy.
