Apple Fitness+ has unveiled a variety of fresh content to commence the new year, including a new collaboration with the widely-used social fitness platform, Strava.
With the latest update, Fitness+ members can seamlessly share their completed workouts on Strava, featuring detailed insights like episode visuals, music genres, and workout metrics. Additionally, Strava subscribers can take advantage of a free trial for Fitness+.
According to Apple, Fitness+ boasts the largest selection of 4K fitness and wellness content globally, offering over 6,500 workouts and meditations across twelve distinct workout categories.
Exciting new offerings for 2025 include innovative programs focusing on progressive strength training and a dedicated conditioning regimen for pickleball.
The strength training curriculum is designed to guide participants in developing and sustaining strength, involving a three-week program that targets all major muscle groups through twelve 30-minute workouts.
The pickleball program features champion Catherine Parenteau and is centered on exercises for strength, endurance, and agility.
Additionally, there’s a newly introduced Yoga Peak Poses series aimed at helping users gain confidence with yoga through focused intimate sessions, with each video dedicated to a specific pose. A new program titled Introduction to Breath Meditation is also available, helping users manage stress, enhance energy levels, and improve focus through a variety of breathing techniques.
The Artist Spotlight series returns this year, featuring music playlists from artists such as Janet Jackson, Coldplay, Bruno Mars, and more. New episodes of Time to Walk will begin airing on January 13, starting with Severance star Adam Scott in the inaugural episode.
