Today, Apple is releasing macOS Sequoia 15.1.1, which includes significant security updates. This follows the launch of macOS Sequoia 15.1 three weeks ago.
According to Apple’s release notes: “This update includes important security enhancements and is recommended for all users.” The build number for this update is 24B91, and it is available for all Macs that support macOS Sequoia.
To update your Mac, navigate to System Settings, select General, and then click on Software Update.
As of now, Apple has not refreshed its security page with specifics on the vulnerabilities addressed in macOS Sequoia 15.1.1. We will update this article once that information becomes available.
