Apple Unveils iOS 18.4 Beta 3 for Testing Purposes

Apple is making strides towards the release of iOS 18.4. The third beta version for developers of the upcoming software update for iPhone and iPad is now available for testing, bringing numerous new features to both devices.

The second beta of iOS 18.4 introduced Visual Intelligence support for the iPhone 15 Pro. This Apple Intelligence visual search capability can now be accessed via the Control Center, Action button, or Shortcuts on the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Pro starting with this update.

Additionally, iOS 18.4 beta 2 has added new emoji characters, marking the first update of this kind in a year.

Meanwhile, the initial beta of iOS 18.4 rolled out over 50 new features and improvements!

Among the updates are design changes for CarPlay, new Priority Notifications powered by Apple Intelligence, a new Apple News+ Food recipes service, mood-based music shortcuts in the Control Center, and so much more.

Apple is also broadening the reach of Apple Intelligence to support additional languages in this upcoming update. The new language support includes French, German, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Chinese (simplified), and localized English versions for Singapore and India. The final release is expected to be available to customers in April.
