Just after the release of iOS 18.4 to all users, Apple has rolled out the initial developer beta of its upcoming significant point update. Developers can now access iOS 18.5 beta 1. We’ll explore the new features and provide updates, so stay tuned.
What’s new in iOS 18.5?
iOS 18.5 is not anticipated to introduce any substantial new features. This is largely due to the ongoing internal development of iOS 19, and Apple has already delivered most of its promised functions for the iOS 18 series.
Nonetheless, last year’s iOS 17.5 update did bring some unexpected elements, including new additions to News+ and cross-platform tracking capabilities for devices similar to AirTags.
