The upcoming Apple Watch Activity Challenge is fast approaching. Participants will soon receive notifications for the upcoming Heart Month Challenge scheduled for February 14.
Here’s what you can anticipate from the challenge:
Show some love to your heart! Close your Exercise ring this Valentine’s Day, February 14, and earn this award.
To close the Exercise ring on your Apple Watch, you need to complete 30 minutes of exercise, which is the default setting, but you can customize the duration as needed.
For detailed instructions, Apple provides the following steps:
- Open the Fitness app on your iPhone.
- Select the Activity rings, and then tap next to an Activity ring.
- Choose one of the options:
- Adjust Goal for Today: Set a temporary goal for your Activity ring today.
- Adjust Goal Schedule: Customize your weekly Activity ring goal. If scheduling, tap Schedule in the upper right corner.
- Tap or to modify the goal.
- Once finished, tap Change [activity] Goal for Today, or Set [activity] Goal Schedule.
