Austin Butler Also Threatened For His Accent
One of the Oscar viewers wrote when would Austin Butler lose this accent? Or has it now become a part of his DNA? while someone else said that Austin Butler has still been holding on to a hint of the accent and claimed to shove him inside a locker.
Distaste for his accent was trolled in a more direct manner by some other fans. Someone wrote directly to just drop off the accent in caps lock while someone chortled that Austin Butler still used the accent. One went to the extent of threatening and breaking the law. The viewer wrote that if Austin would continue with that accent, the troller would commit some crime as he is sick of the accent.
The actor Butler was up for his amazing part as Elvis who got nominated for the Best Actor award in the biopic of Baz Luhrmann. He had been nominated against Bill Nighy, Brendan Fraser, Paul Mescal, and Colin Farrell.
Austin Butler last January was trolled again for his accent while receiving the award at GG Awards and came up with a Southern drawl accent despite belonging to Southern California.
The 31-year-old actor Butler invoked Elvis’ signature accent and poured his heart out to not being able to believe to be standing where he had been at that moment. He also talked about having printed the script of Pulp Fiction when he was just 12 years old.
