They married in Spears’ home in Thousand Oaks, California. The pop singer’s mother Lynne, as well as her father Jamie and sister Jamie Lynn, were not invited. Her mother has now spoken up about the fact that she was not invited to the wedding.
Lynne Spears is certainly keeping an eye on Britney’s social media, as she commented on her “fairytale” ceremony Instagram image on Friday. “You appear to be glowing and pleased!” Lynne was ecstatic. According to TMZ, Britney’s mother, father, and sister, Jamie Lynn, all were left off the invite list when Brit and Sam married last week at their Thousand Oaks, CA home.

Britney’s mother said, “Your wedding is the ‘Dream’ wedding!” “And it is much more romantic and precious since it is at your house!” Lynne went on to say. “I am overjoyed for you! I adore you.” Britney’s brother Bryan was the only member of her family she invited, and although seeing him dressed with his date just hours before the wedding, he did not show up.
Britney is on the outs with her parents and sister since her struggle to end the conservatorship heated up last year, according to TMZ. Mathew Rosengart, the singer’s lawyer, is presently seeking to get Jamie Spears to take testimony. With that backdrop, it is difficult to see Britney being overjoyed by her mother’s reaction to her wedding. It might, however, be a means for them to begin the healing process.
