Brittany Snow and Tyler Stanaland are calling it quits after two years of marriage. The “Pitch Perfect” actress, 34, and her realtor husband announced their breakup on Tuesday in a joint statement via Instagram.

“Nobody’s life is Instagram-perfect,” the former couple wrote. “And maybe you know that, but sometimes we forget that. Brittany and I have decided to part ways as we both focus on our careers and personal lives.

We appreciate all of the love from family and friends around us who have supported this decision for months now — we aren’t going anywhere! Our separation has nothing to do with anyone else; it is just about us wanting different things at this point in our lives together.” The couple, who got engaged in 2018 and married in 2019, announced the split on Instagram over the weekend.

They said they were “heartbroken” to announce their breakup and revealed that they have been separated for over a month.

The “Pitch Perfect” actress, 34, and her realtor husband announced their breakup on Tuesday in a joint statement via Instagram.

“After two years of marriage, we have made the very difficult decision to separate as a couple. We will always remain close friends with one another,” they said.

This is the first time they have publicly announced their breakup. Brittany Snow got married in July 2016 after getting engaged in December 2015 while vacationing in Mexico together with friends Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin (who were also married at the time). The actress previously dated Kevin Zegers from 2008 until 2010; meanwhile, Tyler was previously married to Lizzy Caplan from 2013-2015 before splitting up after two years of marriage due to irreconcilable differences according to court documents obtained by E!
