Denim: Playlist Cover Art App Now Integrates with Spotify

As previously highlighted on DMN, Denim is a versatile application designed for crafting and personalizing playlist cover artwork. After an August update that introduced numerous enhancements, Denim has received a new update that brings the capability to integrate with Spotify.

Denim app now supports Spotify

With the latest update, users of Denim can create and modify the covers of their Spotify playlists directly within the app. Simply link your Spotify account to Denim, and once you’ve designed new artwork, you no longer need to save it to your photo library before uploading it to Spotify.

This integration offers a smoother experience compared to Apple Music, which still requires you to manually save the image and update the playlist artwork through the Apple Music app.

Denim version 3.3 also brings several additional updates, including:

  • A brand new Patterns category specifically for Spotify playlists, designed by Daniel Baketaric.
  • New entries in the Colors category: Sky & Vapor.
  • New additions in the Artists category: Immersive & Framed.
  • Important bug fixes and enhanced performance overall.

These updates join previously introduced features from version 3.0, such as the innovative editor that recommends artwork based on the artists that users listen to most frequently.
