After a terrible miscarriage over two years ago, John Legend and Chrissy Teigen are expecting their first baby after suffering a tragic pregnancy loss nearly two years ago.
The 36-year-old cookbook author, Chrissy Teigen shared the news on Instagram on Wednesday, along with other images showing off her growing baby belly while wearing transparent underwear.
Teigen, in her post, said that in the past couple of years, she has been in a blur of emotions, yet joy has found its way and filled their hearts again. In the Lengthy caption, she added that after one billion shots, they have another baby coming their way. She said that after every appointment, she thought she would be sharing the news with her fans if the baby was healthy, and after each of them, she decided she was still very nervous about the news herself.
Given the demise of her and Legend’s third baby, Jack, in Oct 2020, the Sports Illustrated Bikini model admitted she still has second thoughts but described how she works through those feelings.
Chrissy Teigen And John Legend Are Currently Expecting:
Chrissy Teigen, the mother-to-be, said she would never go for any other appointment with more excitement than her nerves could take. However, she is hopeful and happy that everything is going smoothly.
The “Lip Sync Battle” co-host revealed Teigen had to go to the hospital and get blood transfusions in the fall of 2020 while she was expecting Jack.
Then Teigen said in a tearful Instagram post that she and her family were “shocked” and in “deep grief you usually hear about, the pain we’ve never felt before.” Despite receiving numerous bags of blood transfusions, we were never successful in stopping the bleeding and providing our son with the fluids he required. It was simply insufficient.
