Coinbase, the famous crypto network has successfully launched their Layer-2 Network to create a pocket-friendly and developer friendly environment. The organization has said that they will be working as a connector to hook new users in the economy.
On 23rd February, the organization has announced their launch of the network they call Base. The business has proclaimed that the network will reduce costing and will offer a secure environment to build DApps on their blockchain.
As per CoinBase, their network will work as a connection to hook new crypto users in the economy and will offer access to some other Solana-like ecosystem. They have also claimed that this will help people to get access to the products of coinbase and their users. The company has confirmed that they are not going to introduce a new token for the network.
The building blocks of Base are the OP Stack that optimism has used in their project previously. This can start a centralized system despite coinbase’s release of a detailed plan of how this network will decentralize.
Coinbase Has Launched A New Layer-2 Network To Create DApps:
In the announcement of the launch, Coinbase announced that they will provide an source and it will be available for free. They said that it will join core development team of OP Stack to make sure that anybody can take the benefits of their layer-2 network.
As per this announcement, the company will keep integrating as an exchange to different networks and Base will also be a bridge between the companies and not an island.
Coinbase are planning to make Base a user-friendly network so that the new customers they are targeting to bring into the economy will get familiar with the market.
