In the midst of his divorce from his spouse Kyle Richards, Mauricio Umansky, and his ‘friend’ Emma Slater are dispelling rumors of their romance. Following their Sunday snap exit from a Beverly Hills sushi restaurant, Slater and Umanksy dispelled rumors about their romance in a Stories on Instagram video uploaded on Thursday.
After leaving the venue, the RHOBH actress, 53, along with the DWTS expert, 34, looked to be holding hands and grinning. Photos were acquired by TMZ. The DWTS companions went on camera to “address” the rumors, saying that they were just “good friends” who had gotten close during their demanding performance rehearsals.

“To start, we’re not together,” Mauricio Umansky said. “We have a great friendship. For the past six weeks, we have been dancing with each other for four hours every day. Slater concurred, saying, “It’s intense as if you truly create a very unique link, and I believe our personalities are comparable.” They both mentioned how “super supportive” their relationship has been.
It’s lovely that we support one another so much. That’s fantastic, she continued. Just to be clear, directly after rehearsal we headed to an eatery for some sushi.
