16 years seems to have only strengthened the enchantment that Emma Stone has for Taylor Swift. It is not often that the 34-year-old American actress talks about her friend. However, on June 3rd, she took the chance to give her thanks to the songstress who is now 33 years old. Stone was talking with a media outlet at the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic when she explained that Swift had secured her a ticket for the Eras Tour previously.
A Precious Act For Emma Stone
Emma Stone described the concert as pretty amazing. She had attended the opening night of the tour which was held in March in Arizona, the home state of Stone. While attending, there were multiple clips showing the actress enjoying herself while dancing and singing along with “You Belong with Me”.
While speaking with the media outlet, Emma Stone called herself lucky for being able to attend, with one of the factors being their long-standing friendship. She explains that both of them have been acquainted since they were 18 and 17 respectively. So, Swift hooked her up. Stone considered them an extremely nice gesture since she knew that the tickets were nothing less than impossible to acquire.
Emma Stone added that Swift has been “a wonderful friend”. The star of Cruella was also full of admiration and praise for Swift’s endurance which is on display during the intense tour setlist that spans the songstress’ entire career. Stone explains that Swift blows her mind. She has never experienced Swift’s sheer stamina that lets her do shows lasting 3 and ½ hours while performing 44 songs, and maintaining the audience’s extreme energy. Unfortunately, however, when asked about any possible collaboration between the two friends, Emma Stone could only be negative.
