CINCINNATI (WKRC) — The IRS continues to provide stimulus payments of up to $1,400 for certain Americans. Here’s how to determine your eligibility.
The IRS has allocated $2.4 billion for those who missed claiming the Recovery Rebate Credit on their 2021 tax filings, commonly referred to as the stimulus check.
Moreover, individuals who did not submit a 2021 tax return might still qualify, but they must ensure to file it by April 15.
Eligible recipients will receive a letter in the mail informing them that they will start receiving payments. There is no need for eligible individuals to take any action to begin automatically receiving the $1,400.
