Zach Braff and Florence Pugh reunited in style for the UK premiere of their most recent film, A Good Person.
At yesterday’s gala, the ex-couple posed on the red carpet together. Pugh wore an elegant ensemble from Erdem’s pre-fall 2023 line that includes a dramatic black opera glove with an extended floor-length cape effect, black pleated high-waisted slacks, and a black crop top with strips of black sequins and side ties. With silky platform Valentino pumps and diamonds from Tiffany & Co. jewelry, she completed the look.
Florence Pugh And Zach Braff Reunite
A white button-down, a grey and purple plaid suit, and black business shoes made Braff look dapper. Morgan Freeman and Florence Pugh co-star in Braff’s A Good Person, which he also wrote, produced and directed. During the COVID-19 lockdown, while living with Pugh, the director reportedly had the concept for the movie.
“There was nothing to do except start a script because that is what I meant to do, that is what I like to do, and I wanted to create stuff for Florence, so this is sort of what poured out of me,” he said following yesterday’s showing, according to Variety.
Said Pugh “He is aware of how I speak and how I make fun of people, so I believe he simply included it in his screenplay and gave me permission to fill in the gaps. Yet, reading anything created specifically for you by someone who is familiar with you so intimately is a fantastic present.” In an interview for the Sept 2022 cover story of Harper’s BAZAAR, Pugh revealed her separation from Braff. Since 2019, the pair had been romantically linked.
