Apple has just unveiled the latest M3 iPad Air, an upgraded Magic Keyboard, and the A16 iPad. However, according to Mark Gurman, an exciting new product drop is set for tomorrow: the much-anticipated M4 MacBook Air.
M4 MacBook Air launch expected one day after M3 iPad Air debut
On Monday, Apple CEO Tim Cook hinted that “There’s something in the Air” this week.
While specifics were scarce, we were already anticipating the arrival of the new M4 MacBook Air along with the M3 iPad Air around this time.
Notably, Cook avoided using singular terms, suggesting it wouldn’t just be a solo product launch. Additionally, inventory of the current MacBook Air and iPad Air models in Apple Stores is running low, pointing to the possibility of both devices being revealed this week.
Now that the M3 iPad Air is officially out, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman has shared the following on X:
The new iPad Air, entry-level iPad, and basic Magic Keyboard have launched… Anticipate the M4 MacBook Air tomorrow as part of the upcoming product lineup.
Gurman previously indicated that the new model could arrive as soon as this week and now foresees tomorrow as the significant day.
The M4 MacBook Air is projected to maintain the current design in both 13-inch and 15-inch variants while introducing several exciting enhancements compared to the M3 model.
