After eight long hours, the protocol announced that it has now fall under an agreement with the exploiter where the hacker will give all the loans apart from the bounty that worth 97k USD in current prices.

After an hour, the website on twitter confirmed that the hacker has send all the loan repayments back. The official tweet said that the funds have already came back. Nomad Bridge, a cross chain from August last year appealed the hackers to return a staggering 190mn USD worth of assets that they took from the platform in a matter of hours.

Tender.fi To Give 97K To Hacker As Bounty:

A few hours later, almost 32.6mn USD worthy funds were returned. This incident suggests that sometimes hackers are probably taking these funds away only to return them safely later. Another NFT firm called Metagame offered rewards in form of NFT to people who can prove that they have returned ninety percent of the funds stole from the firm.
