The Insta360 app now features Deep Track 4.0, an updated tracking technology enabling users to select a specific object for consistent framing. There’s also a new feature known as Active Zoom Tracking, which automatically adjusts the zoom to keep a subject centered. It works similarly to Apple’s Center Stage but for videos recorded with an iPhone. While the tracking is relatively good, it’s not flawless.
A notable feature present in both the Insta360 Flow Pro and the upgraded version is the ability to use the gimbal as a power bank for your iPhone through the USB-C connector. While it won’t fully recharge your device, it can provide some much-needed power in an urgent situation. Additionally, the new travel case included allows for safe storage and transport of the gimbal and its accessories.
