However, that offer has since expired, and today’s price is among the closest we have observed while still being a notable opportunity to purchase – landing just shy of the 2025 all-time low.
The AirPods 4 have also made their comeback at an Amazon all-time low of $99.99 shipped. This is a significant price for the newly designed Apple earbuds that typically retail for $129, featuring a more compact charging case. In contrast, the AirPods 4 equipped with Active Noise Cancellation are still priced at $168.99 on Amazon, despite brief drops to $149. However, Target Circle members can currently capture a discounted price of $149.99 shipped.
The base model of AirPods 4 is now at its lowest recorded price on Amazon to date – while some targeted offers have surfaced at Target and fleeting deals have appeared at less reliable retailers for under $100, today’s Amazon price is the best option available.
For many, the revamped AirPods 4 are a welcome addition to the lineup, though they may be seen as inferior to the AirPods Pro 2. Others might find that the refreshed design and appealing price make it a compelling option. Personally, I find it challenging to justify not paying the extra for the AirPods Pro 2, considering the $20 price difference to the AirPods 4 with ANC. Therefore, if you’re not concerned with ANC, the base AirPods 4 are notably more affordable than what we might expect for the Pro 2.
