Jamie Foxx is still in the hospital over a week after calling off the production of his next movie “Collateral” because of “a medical problem.”
A source spoke up on Monday that the actor continues to remain at an Atlanta hospital having medical exams as doctors try to determine what led to the problem. Another insider had revealed three days earlier that the “Amazing Spiderman 3” star, 55, was being watched by medical staff who still was trying to find out what happened.
Our sources attempted to reach representatives of Jamie Foxx for a comment. However, they were unavailable. His health issue was highlighted by the Oscar winner’s daughter Corinne in a long Instagram post on Wednesday.

A letter had been put up from his family saying that they wanted to communicate about Jamie Foxx that he had suffered a medical problem the previous day. However, fortunately, enough because of the prompt action that had been taken and excellent treatment had been given, Jamie was doing well and on the road to recovery.
One day before the medical problem, Foxx was filming his next film “Back in Action” with Cameron Diaz.
