Jamie Foxx is still in the hospital over a week after calling off the production of his next movie “Collateral” because of “a medical problem.”

A source spoke up on Monday that the actor continues to remain at an Atlanta hospital having medical exams as doctors try to determine what led to the problem. Another insider had revealed three days earlier that the “Amazing Spiderman 3” star, 55, was being watched by medical staff who still was trying to find out what happened.
