DeOndra, Jamie Foxx’s late sister, would have celebrated her thirty-ninth birthday on Wednesday. Jamie Foxx has shared a heartfelt remembrance of her.
“Miss u … Django Unchained star posted a snapshot of the 2 brothers grinning and cuddling up to one another on Instagram along with the caption that he wishes she was there although he knows she’s in heaven, making everyone laugh with her humorous jokes. He also uploaded a video to his Insta Stories that was shot from within a Rolls-Royce as it came to a stop in front of a big pink and blue ornamental installation that had been erected around the entry fountain.
The banner had, “Fly High DeOndra,” in large alphabets, and was surrounded by cutouts of cardboard of presents, hearts, balloons, and stars. There were also small other signs that stated, “We Miss You” and “Family.”
Jamie Foxx Believes His Sister Would Always Be There With Him
Jamie Foxx wrote “Miss you” over the video in honor of his Dixon, his sister, who passed away on Monday, 19th October 2020, at 36 years of age. Foxx said that “she would be alive forever” to him when he initially revealed the news of his sister’s passing in 2020.
A picture of the two siblings in black and white was uploaded on Instagram by Foxx along with the caption, “My lovely and wonderful sister Deondra has transitioned, and it has broken my heart into one million pieces..” Anyone who knew my sister, who passed because she would be alive forever, understood that she had been a brilliant light. He further wrote that he knew she was in heaven but the pain he had was unbearable. He thinks about all the wonderful things that his sister stood for and how she held their family together, binding them with love, kindness, and music.
