The ICU staff that cared for Jeremy Renner following his snow plow accident received praise from him.

Jeremy went to Instagram to express his gratitude to the medical staff who have been caring for him after the 52-year-old actor was driven over by his snow plow at his Lake Tahoe property, according to femalefirst.co.uk. The actor has been in intensive care since the incident.

The caption reads, “Thank you Renowned Medical ICU team for beginning our adventure.” The photo depicts Jeremy lying on a hospital bed with several medical workers gathered around him. The incident happened when Jeremy Renner attempted to assist in freeing a stuck relative’s automobile from the snow close to his Tahoe house.

A 911 call made during the event claims that Jeremy was “totally crushed” by the snow plow after being struck by it.

The actor was airlifted to the hospital, where he was kept in critical condition in an intensive care unit before undergoing surgery for blunt chest trauma and orthopedic injuries. Until the actor was airlifted to the hospital, a doctor who lived nearby fixed a tourniquet to his leg, which was bleeding heavily.

The family of Jeremy Renner thanked the public in a statement, saying they were “very moved and grateful for the outpouring of love and support.” Earlier this week, Darin Balaam, the sheriff of Washoe County, stated: “At this stage of the inquiry… we feel this is a sad accident.”

As he heals, the “Avengers” actor has received many good wishes from his fellow Marvel co-stars, including Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Chris Pratt, and Paul Bettany. Other well-wishers include Penelope Cruz, Orlando Bloom, and Heidi Klum.
