Kanye West, the rapper, and his former friend Kid Cudi will probably not become friends again shortly. As per Kid Cudi, there is a collaboration between the two of them on the forthcoming album of Pusha T known as ‘It’s Almost Dry’. However, he cleared that there will be no reconciliation between the two just because of the collaboration.
Kid Cudi Clarified That He Is Still Not Okay With Kanye West
Kid Cudi posted on Twitter which seemed more like a clarification that he did this song with Kanye West in the previous year when they were still friends. He specifically mentioned that he is not okay with Kanye and just completed the song for his friend Pusha. He also made a huge statement that this will be the last song where the audience will see them together.
The entire track list of the album did not come out yet, however, a report from Rolling Stone stated that there will be special appearances from Lil Uzi Vert, Don Toliver, and Jay-Z. This album has been produced and co-produced by Pharrell Williams and Kanye West and will be released to the whole world on Monday.
Kid Cudi who is presently 38 years old has collaborated with Kanye on many songs in the past and both of them even went ahead with a joint album which was named ‘Kids See Ghosts’ in the year 2018. However, in the first half of this year, both of them had a public rift. West removed Kid Cudi from their upcoming album ‘Donda 2’ because of his friendship with Pete Davidson, who is a currency dating Kim Kardashian, the ex-wife of West.
Cudi retorted back on Instagram by writing that West was a liar and changed the script at the last moment and mentioned that they are not friends anymore. He again posted that he does not want to be a part of his albums anymore and the public knows that the albums were a success just for him.
