The photo that received the most criticism was of a bathtub filled with pink water, with a huge number of food plates arranged around it on a blue tile floor along with the toilet seat. There was also a bucket of champagne next to the tub. A hamburger, a platter of strawberries, a cucumber salad, chicken strips, and a variety of desserts were among the foods depicted. For the uninitiated, Kourtney previously released an image explaining the exact origin of the shot. The original shot was taken on the set of an Ellen von Unwerth photoshoot, in which Kourtney sat in the bathtub with her spouse Travis Barker as she ate a burger and Travis sipped champagne.
