Thankfully, the LA Lakers defeated the Bucks in the second overtime, although both sides appeared exhausted. After all was said and done, Los Angeles’ starting three of D’Angelo Russell (29 points, 12 assists), Austin Reaves (29 points, 14 rebounds, 10 assists), and Anthony Davis (34 points, 23 rebounds, four blocks in 52 minutes) turned in outstanding performances. Following an outstanding display of grit and will, social media was flooded with praise for both them and the Lakers overall: the Lakers (40-32) have now tied a season-best winning run with four straight victories.
