Former host of Love Island UK after Caroline Flack, Laura Whitmore disclosed via her Instagram post she is no longer the host of the famous British reality tv show. Laura took the responsibility in 2020 January after the shocking arrest of Caroline Flack in 2019’s December, charged with domestic assault. Couldn’t bear Humiliation drove her to take her own life in February 2020.

Laura Whitmore Addressed Love Island As A ‘Very Difficult Show”

The 37years old Irish Model and reality show presenter stepped down from the post as a host. She disclosed the news through her Instagram post saying it’s getting difficult for her to fly back and forth continuously from South Africa to the UK, which has been affecting her work life and health, clashing with other projects. She was filling the shoe of Caroline Flack, and that was for 3 grand seasons. Laura concluded her journey as host in Love Island with season 8.

Laura explained in an interview that she has passed the responsibility of someone good, and she has hoped that she did Caroline proudly. Laura Whitmore is not only a host but also a radio presenter, on the show called “celebrity juice”. Soon going to debut in a film called “2.22 a ghost story”. ITV still hasn’t announced Laura’s replacement. And further added that they respect her decisions and understand her situation, and hope to work with her in the future.
