Lizzo, the famous music personality, shared her first post on Instagram since she addressed the allegations from her former dancers. At the beginning of the month, a lawsuit had been filed against the pop singer and rapper, by a bunch of her former dancers, where they alleged racial, sexual, and religious harassment, along with poor working conditions.

The singer had previously responded to all these claims on social media, where she claimed that she was definitely not the villain and that all the allegations against her were too outrageous for her to not address in a forum. Now, almost half a month later, the rapper shared her first post on the social media site since her denial, where she spent her time documenting life in Shibuya, an area of Tokyo in Japan.

In a video that was shared on Instagram, Lizzo was seen getting into a black SUV and posing in a vibrant blue, green, and yellow ensemble, which she then accessorized with a pair of sunglasses. A source close to her had previously informed PEOPLE that she felt quite blindsided by the accusations that had been levied against her. The source stated that she had been building up her career and life for years. It blindsided her, and these allegations are simply a wake-up call that all of it can go away in the blink of an eye.

Ronald Zambrano, the Attorney who represented the plaintiffs, stated that his clients were pretty traumatized even up to the last day that they had been employed in Lizzo’s service in spring 2023. The plaintiffs had also recorded a statement, stating that what they had filed in court was absolutely the truth and nothing but the truth.
