This seems only appropriate that Cassie Petrey, the social media manager of Spears, has recently posted an explanation on Instagram with the intention that his post might clear the rumors on her online presence and activities.

Cassie Petrey has posted to inform the fans of Britney Spears on a global level that she writes as well as makes all her posts on her Instagram account. Spears looks for google images, memes, Pinterest pictures, quotes, and all other posts herself to share with her fans. He further added that nobody makes any suggestions regarding the kind of posts she should be making. In addition, she also edits her own videos.
Petrey stated that only once did one of the team members of Britney Spears edited her ‘Toxic’ music video. That too was done by giving her particular instructions about the way the video must be edited for it to look good for the fans.
He clearly said that she checks all her posts before finally posting them on her Instagram account. Even when someone suggests something, she decides whether she wants to post it or not.
Petrey told her fans that people should not believe the ‘conspiracy theories’ being spread about her. Britney Spears likes to have fun through her Instagram account and does not intend to leave any secret messages for any of her ex-boyfriends or anyone else through her posts.
Eventually, Petrey slammed the viral video on TikTok making false assumptions about the way and the reason he was hired by her. He requested people not to bully her on social media.
