Numerous supporters of Miranda Lambert are showing up to stand up for the country singer against online bullies defaming her physique.
This week, a video of the 38-year-old “Drunk (And I Don’t Wanna Go Home)” singer performing on stage was uploaded on TikTok.
In a graphic t-shirt, denim shorts, and cowboy boots, Lambert serenaded the big crowd while appearing “happy and healthy,” as several social media fans noted.
However, some people—mostly men—needed to make jokes about the musician’s physique by changing Miranda Lambert’s name or calling her by other names.
Others didn’t even attempt to pass off their crude comments as humor, instead telling the Texas native to “mix in a salad” and “go to the gym.”
Miranda Lambert Fans Defend Her Against Bodyshammers On The Internet:
Of course, online trolls also said that her ex-husband Blake Shelton “dodged a bullet” by requesting a divorce in 2015.
One of her fans replied that netizens knew who started taking it in a bad way.
The “Voice” judge, who later wed co-star Gwen Stefani last summer, was even described as having “traded in [his] SUV for a small” by another person.
An upset TikToker said they were not Miranda Lambert fans, but these body-shaming comments were bad. Another supporter of Miranda said that they were checking the profiles of these body shammers and decided that these people had no room to talk about the looks of the accomplished singer.
Another critic said that they liked how men were commenting about their height, and she does look amazing, and half the men in the comments will be lucky to find a partner in their lives like her.
Miranda Lambert is an accomplished country singer.
