She doesn’t distance herself from the scandal which made her infamous which took place around 23 years back. She continues to make fun of herself on social sites.
Monica Lewinsky Continues To Show Twitter Her Self-Deprecating Humor!
On Friday, an online app UberFacts, that entertains people with mostly random facts wrote a very straightforward question on Twitter. They wanted to know the most low-reward or high-risk thing that people have done in their life. By the afternoon of Thursday, the tweet got around 2,000 likes. The post further got retweeted a total of 137 times. But the response of Monica Lewinsky posted from the former intern’s page won the hearts of Internet users and went viral quickly. Her post was a quote-tweet of the question along with an emoji response. The emoji was the popular side-eye one. Her response got over 25,000 retweets along with over 161,000 likes. Scott Adams, the cartoonist of Dilbert described the tweet as a perfect one.
Many Twitter users found the response of Lewinsky humorous and praised the activist directly. This is nothing new for Monica Lewinsky, she has also previously posted on Twitter her self-deprecating humor. The question posted by Adam Grant in 2019 was responded to by Lewinsky with a dashing sense of humor. Sarah Cooper also got a very snarky response from Monica Lewinsky last summer.
