This weekend marks the launch of Indie Charity Weekend, a fresh initiative by renowned app developer Will Bishop! Kicking off today, 100% of the proceeds from 23 participating apps will be donated to the charity selected by each developer.
Previously, Will organized app fundraisers during the devastating Australian wildfires in early 2020, raising over $3000 and providing proven donation records. This time, he has brought together nearly twenty apps to contribute to a charitable weekend, featuring a fantastic lineup:
As noted earlier, each developer will donate to various charities, and more details can be found by visiting the Indie Charity Weekend website. Donation confirmations will be shared within a few days after the weekend concludes.
Among the charities being supported are Make A Wish, St. Jude, and the American Cancer Society.
