As reported by Mark Gurman from Bloomberg, several new Apple products are set to be released soon. This lineup includes a new M4 MacBook Air, alongside the latest models of iPad Air and entry-level iPads. The announcement for the MacBook Air is expected shortly, while the new iPad models will follow a little later.
Rumors have suggested that there will be several major Apple product announcements this spring. With the recent launch of the iPhone 16e, it’s time to look ahead at what is upcoming. Among these products are the iPad Air, iPad 11, and MacBook Air M4, all of which are anticipated to receive updates soon.
Gurman notes that inventory levels are low for the current entry-level iPad and M2 iPad Air, indicating that a refresh for these models is imminent. Similar stock shortages were observed for the iPhone SE 3 leading up to the iPhone 16e release.
For context, the iPad 11 is expected to undergo significant changes, including an upgrade to the A17 Pro chip, making it the most affordable iPad option. The iPad Air may also see some internal enhancements, potentially featuring an M3 chip and a new Magic Keyboard.
All of these devices are set to be refreshed in the spring, although the timing may vary. Gurman predicts a Mac-related announcement could occur as soon as this week, likely unveiling the new M4 MacBook Air.
Additionally, announcements regarding new iPads are forthcoming, but will likely not happen in the next few days, according to Gurman’s insights.
