Olivia Munn Is Open About Her Postpartum Struggles
Munn shared a photo with a thumbs up for the camera in a recent Instagram story, writing that her hips were still weird after giving birth to a kid. Her postpartum anxiety was also at an all-time high, she noted.
Olivia Munn said, “I woke up, got dressed, and went to my first capoeira lesson.” She claims that martial arts helped her feel better and that she intends to continue doing it. Munn has previously spoken out about her problems with becoming a mother, including her despair and sense of failure when she was unable to make enough milk for her kid.
Meanwhile, things appear to be looking up for the new mommy at work, as it was just reported that Munn would play alongside Danny Ramirez, Loan Chabanol, Embeth Davidtz, Jessie T. Usher, and Gage Munroe in the upcoming Walking Dead spin-off series Tales of the Walking Dead. The six-episode series is described as an anthology of the original, featuring new and returning characters from The Walking Dead world. The series’ premiere date, however, has yet to be revealed.
