Olivia Wilde, the famous Hollywood director, had a lot of kind words for the amount of excitement Harry Style was generating for her movie, through her Instagram post, and a supporting role. In Wilde’s upcoming movie ‘Don’t Worry Darling’, Styles plays the role of actor Florence Pugh’s husband. The movie is set in the 1950s and features Styles as someone with a dark past.

The pop sensation replaced Shia LaBeouf as the cast of this film with the director bringing in the changes all the way back in September. Interestingly, there have been a couple of rumors of Olivia Wilde and Harry Styles being inclined to each other romantically- but they have neither confirmed nor denied these remarks.
Although, the Instagram activity on Harry Styles’ profile definitely increased after Wilde uploaded a shot from the movie on her Instagram and heaped praise on the singer. The post spoke about how male actors would shirk away from being a part in a movie that was mostly female-centric- as they believed it would sully their acting career. And then it continued on to how Harry Style was cut from a different cloth- for not only did he graciously accept being a part of the film, he also jumped into scenes with a gusto that surprised the director.
For Harry Styles, this is his second movie after he was cast in Christopher Nolan’s Dunkirk all the way back in 2017. In that film, he played the role of a soldier in the British army in WW2. The previous month, both Olivia Wilde and Harry Styles had attained the wedding of his agent in California. Several photos were captured of the director and the actor holding hands and rumors surfaced of the romance blossoming on ‘Don’t Worry Darling’. Wilde had also expressed her adulation towards Harry Styles back in November when she considered him to be the future of the world.
