A doctor has issued an apology following a barrage of criticism after she chose to outline the plastic surgery operations she would suggest for “Stranger Things” actor Natalia Dyer.
Remember that neither the actress of Stranger Things nor the nurse’s client has stated a desire for plastic surgery.
After posting a video on TikTok, which she deleted later, at first lauded Natalia, 27, before listing the surgeries she would perform on the actress, Miranda Wilson became well-known. She commented on how Stranger Things star Natalia’s jawline would first be adjusted, and Miranda, a licensed aesthetic nurse practitioner injector, would start “treating the masseters” to “thin” the sides of the Netflix star’s face. Then, to “help fill out the chin and make her entire face more heart-shaped,” she would apply “a little amount of chin filler.” She also mentioned injecting Natalia with Botox and adding lip filler.

Miranda followed up by displaying a Photoshop image of Natalia’s potential appearance.
Fans were perplexed as to why the medical expert would ever write that to someone who’s not a customer and questioned his motives. “Wrong” and “moronic” were labels given to the video.
Miranda apologized, following all the backlash. She said that she just wanted to come on here and clear the air. Natalia included, I didn’t aim to insult anyone. I was only providing advice, not on what you must do but the possibilities. She added that she, as a doctor, did that as an advanced injector. She observes people’s faces, judges them, and considers her options as a professional. They are only possibilities, not what you must or ought to do.
Miranda enumerated the several treatments she had completed to prove her case.
