Princess Salma of Jordan can now proudly call herself a graduate of the college. Quite a few members of the royal family, that included 61-year-old King Abdullah and 52-year-old Queen Rania, traveled all the way to LA and attended their daughter’s graduation ceremony. Princess Salma’s alma mater is the University of Southern California, and the ceremony took place on May 12th.
Queen Rania Cannot Wait To See Princess Salma’s Next Achievements
Queen Rania took to Instagram and shared an emotional tribute to her 22-year-old daughter, Princess Salma. The post included pictures that show the royals posing with each other along with adorable moments where the Princess is hugged tight by her father, the King. The Queen also posted a picture of the Princess wearing her red and black graduation garb, as well as proudly sporting the embroidered Jordan flag on the graduation stole.
In the post, the Queen expressed how proud she felt about Salma graduating from her university. She congratulated her daughter and said that she eagerly anticipated what Salma decides to do next. Princess Iman, the sister of Princess Salma, as well as Jameel Alexander Thermiotis, her husband also attended the graduation ceremony. Princess Iman was sporting a summer dress in casual white while her husband sported black pants and a shirt.
Both Queen Rania and King Abdullah’s daughters have made huge strides in their respective lives in the present year. The King and Queen also have 28-year-old Hussein, the Crown Prince, and 18-year-old Prince Hashem.
Earlier in March, an extravagant royal wedding was held for the marriage of Thermiotis and Princess Iman. On the day, Iman displayed a Dior-produced spectacular wedding dress in white. It featured long sleeves with lace cuffs that were synchronized with the neckline of the gown.
